UN AMPLIO OPERATIVO DE FISCALIZACI\u00d3N A CUATRO MALLS CHINOS SE DESARROLL\u00d3 EN EL CENTRO DE CURIC\u00d3 DURANTE LA TARDE DE ESTE VIERNES, INSTANCIA COORDINADA POR LA DELEGACI\u00d3N PRESIDENCIAL PROVINCIAL DE CURIC\u00d3.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

La fiscalizaci\u00f3n fue liderada por el Delegado Presidencial Provincial, \u00d3scar \u00c1guila, junto al Seremi del Trabajo, Ervin Castillo; el Alcalde (s) de Curic\u00f3, Marcelo Fern\u00e1ndez; as\u00ed como representantes de Carabineros, PDI, Seremi de Salud, Direcci\u00f3n del Trabajo, Servicio de Impuestos Internos, e inspectores municipales.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

La autoridad provincial explic\u00f3 que esta no es la primera fiscalizaci\u00f3n que coordina la Delegaci\u00f3n Presidencial, pues hace algunas semanas se realiz\u00f3 con los mismos servicios en la comuna de Romeral.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cLa misma gente que est\u00e1 haciendo la fiscalizaci\u00f3n y que han venido antes, de Salud o de la Inspecci\u00f3n del Trabajo, manifiestan que los locatarios han mejorado sus est\u00e1ndares respecto a fiscalizaciones que se han hecho hace alg\u00fan tiempo, pero, sin embargo, igual encontramos algunas observaciones que es bueno que las superen\u201d, coment\u00f3 el Delegado Presidencial Provincial \u00d3scar \u00c1guila.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

EN TERRENO<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Al terminar el operativo que recorri\u00f3 cuatro locales en el centro de Curic\u00f3, el delegado \u00c1guila asegur\u00f3 que \u201cen cada uno de ellos hubo infracciones laborales o sumarios sanitarios; y tambi\u00e9n denuncias por la Ley de Migraci\u00f3n, en el sentido de haber ingresado por un paso no habilitado y estar trabajando ac\u00e1 en nuestro pa\u00eds. Ha sido una tarea en terreno, exitosa, y as\u00ed hemos cumplido con lo mandatado por nuestro Presidente Jos\u00e9 Antonio Kast, de estar en terreno, de controlar, fiscalizar, para que todos cumplan las leyes de nuestro pa\u00eds\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

En tanto, el Seremi del Trabajo y Previsi\u00f3n Social, Ervin Castillo, agreg\u00f3 que \u201cnos hemos encontrado en nuestra \u00e1rea laboral con una serie de incumplimientos e irregularidades respecto, por ejemplo, al libro de asistencia, la contrataci\u00f3n de trabajadores que se encuentran de forma irregular, que ingresaron de forma irregular a nuestro pa\u00eds\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Representante de la cartera del Trabajo quiso destacar que, debido a que este tipo de fiscalizaciones se ha ido replicando en la provincia, \u201cnosotros tambi\u00e9n vemos una cierta merma, una baja respecto a los incumplimientos que nos encontramos en terreno y eso da cuenta que hemos desarrollado un trabajo muy permanente, exhaustivo\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finalmente, el Alcalde (s) de Curic\u00f3, Marcelo Fern\u00e1ndez, destac\u00f3 el trabajo coordinado con el Delegado \u00d3scar \u00c1guila y el seremi del Trabajo, acciones que \u201cnos ha encomendado el alcalde George Bordachar, para beneficiar a nuestra comunidad\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fern\u00e1ndez agreg\u00f3 que \u201cnuestros inspectores realizan el control de la patente, de la pertinencia de esa patente con lo que est\u00e1 vendiendo y tal como dec\u00eda el seremi, esto se tiene que ir replicando, tenemos que hacer controles sistem\u00e1ticos para instalar que en la comuna de Curic\u00f3 se trabaja de esta manera\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

BALANCE<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Una vez que finaliz\u00f3 el operativo de fiscalizaci\u00f3n de cuatro malls chinos en el centro de la ciudad, el delegado Presidencial Provincial de Curic\u00f3, \u00d3scar \u00c1guila, entreg\u00f3 el siguiente balance:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– TRES INFRACCIONES DE LA DIRECCI\u00d3N DEL TRABAJO POR NO CONTAR CON REGISTRO DE JORNADA LABORAL.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– UNA INFRACCI\u00d3N POR PARTE DE INSPECTORES MUNICIPALES A UNO DE LOS LOCALES NO CONTAR CON PATENTE PARA COMERCIALIZAR ALIMENTOS ENVASADOS.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– TRES SUMARIOS SANITARIOS POR INCUMPLIMIENTOS AL REGLAMENTO SOBRE CONDICIONES SANITARIAS Y AMBIENTALES B\u00c1SICAS EN LOS LUGARES DE TRABAJO.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– SE DEJARON PRODUCTOS RETENIDOS EN DOS LOCALES POR INCUMPLIMIENTO AL REGLAMENTO DE ALIMENTOS POR NO CONTAR CON SELLOS.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– UN SUMARIO POR FALTA DE ROTULADO EN JUGUETES Y MEDIDAS DE SEGURIDAD.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– PERSONAL DE LA PDI FISCALIZ\u00d3 A 18 PERSONAS EXTRANJERAS, DEJANDO A 7 DE ELLAS DENUNCIADAS POR EJERCER LABORES REMUNERADAS ESTANDO EN SITUACI\u00d3N IRREGULAR.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
