El atleta enfrent\u00f3 condiciones de mar altamente exigentes y olas muy dif\u00edciles de leer. Adem\u00e1s, tuvo que sortear un desaf\u00edo log\u00edstico mayor: compiti\u00f3 sin su spotter habitual \u2014su hermano, quien no pudo realizar el viaje\u2014, lo que lo oblig\u00f3 a adaptar r\u00e1pidamente su estrategia y manejarse con mayor autonom\u00eda en el agua.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00abHab\u00eda que buscar por todos lados y la ola con qu\u00e9 energ\u00eda iba a salir, plantear una buena estrategia. Al estar sin spotter, obviamente se complic\u00f3 todo mucho m\u00e1s\u00bb, relat\u00f3 el campe\u00f3n tras alzar el trofeo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A pesar de los obst\u00e1culos, la preparaci\u00f3n de meses dio sus frutos. Seg\u00fan el deportista, este resultado refleja el arduo trabajo que viene realizando de cara a su pr\u00f3ximo gran desaf\u00edo: el Campeonato Mundial de la disciplina que se disputar\u00e1 en noviembre de este a\u00f1o.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Visiblemente emocionado, Medina aprovech\u00f3 la instancia para agradecer el respaldo de su c\u00edrculo de hierro y auspiciadores: \u00abEstoy muy agradecido de toda la gente que me sigue (&#8230;) al Gobierno Regional del Maule, a mis entrenadores, a mi familia en general, mi se\u00f1ora, mis hijos.
