{"id":1583,"date":"2026-09-16T23:15:21","date_gmt":"2026-09-16T23:15:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puntolontue.cl\/?p=1583"},"modified":"2026-09-16T23:15:21","modified_gmt":"2026-09-16T23:15:21","slug":"pdi-fiscaliza-presencia-y-venta-de-especies-prohibidas-en-curico-y-romeral","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puntolontue.cl\/?p=1583","title":{"rendered":"PDI FISCALIZA PRESENCIA Y VENTA DE ESPECIES PROHIBIDAS EN CURIC\u00d3 Y ROMERAL"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>DETECTIVES DE LA BRIGADA INVESTIGADORA DE DELITOS CONTRA LA SALUD P\u00daBLICA Y MEDIO AMBIENTE (BRIDESMA) METROPOLITANA, EN COORDINACI\u00d3N CON SERNAPESCA Y EL SERVICIO AGR\u00cdCOLA Y GANADERO (SAG), REALIZARON DILIGENCIAS INVESTIGATIVAS EN LAS COMUNAS DE CURIC\u00d3 Y ROMERAL, EN EL MARCO DE UNA INVESTIGACI\u00d3N DEL MINISTERIO P\u00daBLICO POR EVENTUALES INFRACCIONES A LA LEY GENERAL DE PESCA Y ACUICULTURA.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La Comisaria Alicia Saavedra de la Bridesma Metropolitana se\u00f1al\u00f3 que \u201cdurante las fiscalizaciones a diversos locales dedicados a la comercializaci\u00f3n de especies acu\u00e1ticas, los detectives detectaron peces \u201czebra\u201d con indicios de modificaci\u00f3n gen\u00e9tica, cuya comercializaci\u00f3n se encuentra regulada por la normativa vigente. Asimismo, se fiscaliz\u00f3 un ejemplar de tortuga mordedora, especie regulada por la Convenci\u00f3n CITES, cuya procedencia legal debe ser acreditada mediante la documentaci\u00f3n correspondiente\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Por ello, la PDI reforz\u00f3 el llamado a la ciudadan\u00eda a \u00abadquirir este tipo de especies \u00fanicamente en establecimientos que cuenten con las autorizaciones correspondientes, verificando siempre su procedencia y exigiendo la documentaci\u00f3n que acredite su origen legal\u00bb.
