ESTA INICIATIVA EST\u00c1 ORIENTADA AL PERSONAL DEL \u00c1REA DE OPERACIONES, CUYO PROP\u00d3SITO ES FORTALECER SUS COMPETENCIAS Y CONTRIBUIR A SU DESARROLLO PROFESIONAL.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Este programa busca abordar brechas de conocimiento, entregar fundamentos t\u00e9cnicos y te\u00f3ricos que permitan a los participantes potenciar su desempe\u00f1o, autonom\u00eda y empoderamiento en el desarrollo de sus funciones. A trav\u00e9s de una formaci\u00f3n basada en un modelo de competencias, se espera que los participantes adquieran nuevas herramientas para enfrentar los desaf\u00edos de su entorno laboral,&nbsp; aportar al mejoramiento continuo y la eficiencia de los procesos productivos de la industria.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>El Vicerrector de INACAP Sede Curic\u00f3, Marcelo Valdivia, agradeci\u00f3 los ejecutivos de la compa\u00f1\u00eda y asegur\u00f3 que \u201clos nuevos estudiantes de la Empresa Carozzi asumen este nuevo desaf\u00edo, por lo que esperamos que despu\u00e9s de un a\u00f1o podamos encontrarnos nuevamente ac\u00e1 en INACAP, para poder entregar esos ansiados diplomados\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>En esta misma l\u00ednea, el Gerente de Negocios Mascotas, Gianfranco Nattero, afirm\u00f3 estar muy contento por \u201cdarle esta oportunidad a los trabajadores, que pueden convertirse ahora en estudiantes\u201d. Adem\u00e1s, valor\u00f3 a INACAP por seguir desarrollando una alianza con Carozzi, que cuenta con capacitaciones y mejora continua de los colaboradores.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>El diplomado incluye herramientas como: trabajo en equipo para la mejora continua; mantenimiento en sistemas hidr\u00e1ulicos y neum\u00e1ticos; electr\u00f3nica industrial; automatizaci\u00f3n y control industrial; entre otros.
