{"id":887,"date":"2026-07-30T01:54:40","date_gmt":"2026-07-30T01:54:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puntolontue.cl\/?p=887"},"modified":"2026-07-30T01:55:03","modified_gmt":"2026-07-30T01:55:03","slug":"subsecretario-de-educacion-daniel-rodriguez-manifiesta-voluntad-de-hacer-cumplir-la-ley-con-fecha-de-traspasos-a-los-slep","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puntolontue.cl\/?p=887","title":{"rendered":"SUBSECRETARIO DE EDUCACI\u00d3N DANIEL RODR\u00cdGUEZ MANIFIESTA \u201cVOLUNTAD DE HACER CUMPLIR LA LEY CON FECHA DE TRASPASOS A LOS SLEP\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>CON EL OBJETIVO DE CONOCER EL ESTADO DEL PROCESO DE DESMUNICIPALIZACI\u00d3N DE LA EDUCACI\u00d3N Y SOLICITAR CERTEZAS RESPECTO A LA FECHA DE TRASPASO AL SERVICIO LOCAL DE EDUCACI\u00d3N P\u00daBLICA (SLEP) LOS CEREZOS, EL ALCALDE DE MOLINA SOSTUVO UNA REUNI\u00d3N CON EL SUBSECRETARIO DE EDUCACI\u00d3N, DANIEL RODR\u00cdGUEZ MORALES.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Durante el encuentro, la autoridad comunal plante\u00f3 la necesidad de entregar claridad a las comunidades educativas de la comuna, considerando la importancia que este proceso tiene para estudiantes, docentes, asistentes de la educaci\u00f3n y sus familias.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>En la instancia, el Subsecretario manifest\u00f3 la voluntad del Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n de hacer cumplir la ley en relaci\u00f3n con las fechas establecidas para los traspasos, aunque explic\u00f3 que durante el mes de agosto se entregar\u00e1 un informe t\u00e9cnico que ser\u00e1 determinante para definir si el proceso se mantiene en la fecha actualmente prevista o si se impulsar\u00e1 una modificaci\u00f3n que permita postergarlo por un per\u00edodo determinado.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>El Alcalde M\u00e9ndez &nbsp;destac\u00f3 que el municipio ha cumplido con todas las obligaciones que establece la normativa vigente, avanzando de acuerdo con los plazos y disposiciones legales para enfrentar este proceso de la mejor manera posible.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u201cComo municipio hemos hecho nuestra tarea y seguiremos realizando todas las gestiones necesarias para resguardar una transici\u00f3n responsable, que entregue tranquilidad y certezas a toda la comunidad educativa\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el Jefe Comunal.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Desde el municipio reiteraron que continuar\u00e1n atentos al desarrollo de este proceso y a las definiciones que adopte el Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n durante las pr\u00f3ximas semanas.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CON EL OBJETIVO DE CONOCER EL ESTADO DEL PROCESO DE DESMUNICIPALIZACI\u00d3N DE LA EDUCACI\u00d3N Y SOLICITAR CERTEZAS RESPECTO A LA FECHA DE TRASPASO AL SERVICIO LOCAL DE EDUCACI\u00d3N P\u00daBLICA (SLEP) LOS CEREZOS, EL ALCALDE DE MOLINA SOSTUVO UNA REUNI\u00d3N CON EL SUBSECRETARIO DE EDUCACI\u00d3N, DANIEL RODR\u00cdGUEZ MORALES.
